My name is Lauren, and I work with individuals and couples who believe that they are no longer in control of their emotions, thoughts, or behaviors. I specialize in attachment, relationships, and trauma. I am passionate about helping my clients better understand themselves and how they navigate their relationships. My unique approach is to identify the missed connections between the body and brain, so we can address any behaviors or patterns that are holding you back. I provide a supportive and safe environment where together we can identify goals and work towards positive change. Together, I can assist you to fill your wellness toolbox!

 

I use a warm and holistic approach in my sessions. I believe in creating an authentic space for my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgement. I believe that finding balance in all aspects of our lives, just like I strive for in my own, can lead to a more rewarding and fulfilling life. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I incorporate mindfulness practices, trauma processing modalities, and somatic development to help clients find their own sense of balance. 

 

I believe that self-connection is a critical step towards creating a life that is satisfying and fulfilling. When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Ben, and our dogs, Addy and Wyatt, taking advantage of all the beauty and opportunities that nature has to offer.
