Walking Through Grief
A collaborative workshop guided by two licensed professionals moving through grief and the experience of loss. Joined by Bonnie Sommer, with Choice by Choice, grief will be held in a space to better define, accept, and witness the impacts of change, death, loss, etc.

About the event
Grief is a natural and personal response to loss. While everyone’s journey looks different, no one should have to walk through grief alone. There is no single “right” path through grief. The experience is unique to you. What you can expect: a safe space, no judgment, shared experience, guided activities, choice and comfort (sharing is always voluntary). This workshop is not about “getting over” your loss. It’s about learning to carry your grief in a way that allows healing, connecting, and choosing to learn to grieve well.
Light refreshments will be provided.
