Attachment, individual and relational traumas, conflict resolution, and communication skills are amongst some of the topics addressed. Joined by Bonnie Sommer, with Choice by Choice, exploration into communication styles with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) will provide insight further into how your relationship navigates connection. Light refreshments will be provided.
